Obscure Glass Single Sash Window

An original Single Sash Window that has just been removed from a house. The window is sized at: Internal side: 823mm wide x 1385mm high External side: 823mm wide x 1425mm high. Window with attached hardwood stud frame: 870mm wide x 1500mm high. The Window has been salvaged with its entire timber stud frame ( very neat and tidy ) and could be reinstalled just as it is now. If the stud frame was not needed it could be easily removed. The glass that has been fitted into both the top and bottom sashes is toughened obscure glass ( which meets today’s standards in bathrooms etc ). There is a little stamp in the bottom corner of both panes of glass that verifies this. There’s no breaks, hairline cracks or damage to either pane of glass. The glazing putty is also in great order and looks like it’s only been done in the last year or so. The bottom sash of the window opens and closes smoothly. The top sash has been painted shut ( this could be freed up again to open. It’s just a matter of running a sharp knife or chisel along the painted edge of both sides of the window ).
