Reeded line centre,
375.2 linear metres in total.
The whole house lot has been completely processed. Each length has been denailed. Every end has been docked/cut to leave a nice square and usable length. All the backs of each board have been lightly sanded back to remove all the filth that tends to gather on the lining boards over the years. The lining boards are 6 inches wide or 150 mm and have a thickness of 12 mm. In total there’s 375.2 linear metres or 56.28 square metres comprised of the following length sizes: 3 @ 6.7 1 @ 6.5 2 @ 6.1 2 @ 6.0 1 @ 5.5 1 @ 5.4 1 @ 5.3 1 @ 5.0 10 @ 4.8 3 @ 4.7 1 @ 4.5 1 @ 4.4 1 @ 4.3 4 @ 4.2 1 @ 4.1 1 @ 4.0 12 @ 3.9 3 @ 3.8 1 @ 3.7 9 @ 3.6 10 @ 3.5 6 @ 3.4 1 @ 3.3 1 @ 3.1 1 @ 3.0 1 @ 2.9 3 @ 2.8 1 @ 2.6 2 @ 2.5 1 @ 2.4 1 @ 2.3 1 @ 2.1 4 @ 2.0 1 @ 1.8 4 @ 1.7 1 @ 1.6 There’s a further 15.5 linear metres of shorter lengths that will just get thrown in at no charge. These are sized at: 4 @ 1.4, 5 @ 1.1, 1 @ 1.0, 3 @ 0.9, 1 @ 0.7 The lining boards work out to be just under $9.50 per linear metre. Each length has been painted on the middle reed side. The backs of the lining boards are raw timber. The tongue and grooves aren’t perfect, but each face of each length is not missing any of it’s pattern or detail. If the bottom groove is missing on one length, the same length will have it’s tongue intact. There will be no dramas whatsoever re-installing the lining boards.
